Measured Gases – Dehumidification
When measuring methane and carbon dioxide with an infrared sensor, moisture entering the sensor can lead to inaccurate results and may even damage the probe. This product’s dehumidification system includes a cooling unit, a water detector, and a filter.
Air Purge & Gas Flow Direction Switching
Electrochemical sensors measure oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon monoxide. Long-term exposure to high-concentration gases can shorten their lifespan. Continuous air purging extends sensor life and helps detect biogas leaks. When measuring high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, the valve direction is switched to prevent gas from entering the low-concentration H₂S sensor.
