Flare Main Body
The flare body features a special blade design that effectively stabilizes the flame and reduces the risk of flame extinction caused by wind disturbances.
The operating principle of the combustion flare is as follows: after the pilot gas valve opens to supply gas, the system first ignites the pilot flame and maintains it for a period. Once the ultraviolet sensor detects the presence of the flame, the main gas valve is opened to supply biogas. If any abnormality occurs during this process, the system immediately shuts off the biogas supply to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
As a secondary safety measure, a flame arrester is installed upstream of the pipeline to effectively prevent flashback and avoid explosion accidents.
