Wet Fermentation(Lagoon 4.0)

Lagoon 4.0™ is an intelligent lagoon system that is safer, more controllable, more efficient in gas production and easier to maintain. It effectively overcomes the problems of traditional lagoons that are prone to leakage, clogging and low fermentation efficiency.

Application :

  • Total Solids (TS) > 15%

  • Chicken manure and cattle manure

  • Solid fraction of pig manure and urine after solid-liquid separation

  • Agricultural waste

  • Household kitchen waste

  • Market food waste

  • Garden and landscaping waste

Features:

  • Completely prevents liquid accumulation zones and gas or liquid leakage.

  • Ensures thorough internal mixing to avoid floating layers and sediment layers.

  • Reduces the risk of pipeline blockages.

  • Equipped with real-time monitoring and operational control functions.

  • Provides higher safety and stability with strong adaptability to feedstock fluctuations.

  • Delivers significantly higher biogas production efficiency and overall system performance compared to traditional lagoons.

Features:

  • Good flow and mixing conditions.

  • Provides both CSTR (excellent mixing) and PFR (high conversion rate) characteristics.

  • Complete system architecture includes:

    • Fully sealed membrane

    • Gas storage tank

    • Mixer maintenance access window

    • Monitoring unit

  • Low energy consumption, high mixing efficiency, and high biogas yield

  • Minimal sedimentation, clog-free operation, and uninterrupted maintenance

  • Long equipment lifespan without damaging the impermeable lining
